Antelope Canyon

Shaped by millions of years of water and wind erosion, the magnificent Antelope Canyon was named for the herds of pronghorn antelope that once roamed the area. The Upper Antelope Canyon tour is the more popular route because more sunlight enters the canyon and the walls reach up to 120 feet.

Guided Tour to Upper Antelope Canyon – Chief Tsosie’s guides know all the hot spots and they will guide you through an amazing natural wonder of Antelope Canyon. They will provide you with the secret knowledge of photographing the beams and dance with the sand.  This tour is a photographic extravaganza. It is lead by our guides with precision and experience. The richness of color in the afternoon is breathtaking. Calming and still, the canyon becomes clear of other adventures.   There is a good chance that you will have parts of the canyon all to yourself.  It is a time to pause for reflection in a spiritual wonderland, let the quiet and color soak into your bone marrow, and take a bit of the canyon into your heart.

Horseshoe Bend

Located 5 miles south of the second largest man-made reservoir in the United States, the superb, geologic marvel of scenic Horseshoe Bend is a view through time itself. The horseshoe-shaped entrenched meander was carved through the picturesque Navajo Sandstone by the mighty Colorado River over the course of 5 million years as the region began to uplift. This had the effect of trapping the Colorado River in its bed. The river rapidly cut downward to produce Horseshoe Bend as we view it today.

The hike to this majestic formation is a bout .6 miles one-way (about 1.5 miles round trip) to the overlook. Once there, you will take in the panoramic wonder of the 1,000 foot drop to the turquoise river waters flowing below. Make sure your cameras are charged and ready, as to not miss the perfect shot of this natural phenomenon.
